Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near shops, restaurants, and beach. Clean and tidy pool area and dining room. Delicious food with a nice variety. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Good size balcony with a nice bathroom. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Great location close to restaurants and beaches. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the room cleaning service was good. The bartender at the bar area was the best aspect of the hotel, he made amazing drinks and was very friendly and humorous.
The "all-inclusive” package wasn’t worthwhile, as it was actually just full board and the drinks were limited and cheap. Additionally, the food was lukewarm. The air conditioning unit was positioned poorly and the WiFi signal could have been stronger. The hotel could have done better by extending the WiFi coverage area.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a charming hotel in Crete. the service was exceptional, with the friendly staff going out of their way to make our stay special. We particularly loved the daily cleaning service and the delicious food served at the restaurant. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and just a short walk to the beach.
The noise from the nearby road, which sometimes disturbed our sleep, especially during the night when motorcycles passed by. the towels provided were old and not very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had all the information I needed to make the most of my time in Crete. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to easily walk to the beach, explore the charming villages in the mountains, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was lovely. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and offered a great variety. I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. the rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers a diverse selection of food, and the pools are a great addition to the facilities. Some rooms even come with great views of the surrounding area.
Some guests have mentioned that the quality of the all-inclusive drinks and the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement.
